Steeltip or softtip darts?

Steeltip darts have a metal point and are used on a traditional sisal dartboard. They are usually made of tungsten: the higher the tungsten percentage, the thinner the dart and the easier it is to group your darts closely. Softtip darts have a plastic tip and are designed for electronic dartboards.

How do you choose the right darts?

The most important thing is a dart that feels right in your hand. Pay attention to the weight, the material (tungsten or brass) and the grip. If you're a beginner, also read our tips on which darts to choose as a beginner.
